What is it : Review of the tools used at your company, including the "official" tools and shadow IT. Surveying the team will provide valuable insights on blocking points. Mix between qualitative interviews with decision-makers and operational staff & surveys to each team member. 

Deliverables : Clear recommendations and action plan to improve the current tech-stack.

Why : To increase engagement of existing tools, structure future scaling of the company, and to improve security related to data usage (especially with AI).

Duration The entire process, could last 2-4 weeks depending on reactivity.

Follow-up : Based on conclusions, we could work on a strategy, on which tool should be implemented, retired, or on a more global strategy.

What is it : Create a clear plan on the different steps to reduce risk and increase engagement. Works for a soft relaunch. Depending on the type of tool and stakeholders involved, an implementation can be conducting in many different ways so we'll make sure the right path is selected.

Deliverables : Clear recommendations and action plan.

Why : Tools are expensive and expectations high. However, if ROI is low, most of the time this is due to a configuration or engagement issue that could be easily mitigated.

Duration : 2-3 weeks.

Follow-up : You can audit your existing tech-stack or define a more global strategy for all your tools.

Benchmark

What is it : Comparison of a selection of tools that best meet your requirements. For each use case we clearly list your expectations and criterias before shortlisting a few solutions and making a deep dive. 

Deliverables : Clear comparison and recommendation between different relevant solutions.

Why : Picking the right solution for the most relevant problem to actually create value is a job in itself. Making sure you approach this task with some help can save a lot of trouble.

Duration : Depending if the use is niche or more common, it could take between 2 and 6 weeks (supplier and customer reactivity has an impact)

What is it : How do you know if a tool is actually useful? You define targets. It's that easy. We focus on the actual value you want to create and convert it into a measurable indicator. Based on actual change management methodologies.

Deliverables : Selection of KPIs and their rational.

Why : Too often tools are implemented without actually making sure they have an impact. Feelings are nice but might not be enough to convince people (especially your CFO).

Duration : 2-3 workshops, spread between 1 and 2 weeks.

Follow-up Instead of focusing on 1 tool, you might need a more global strategy on your tech-stack.

What is it : Structured approach to define a strategy related to your tech environment. It is a mix of architecture, clarification of responsibilities and overall direction to take.  

Deliverables : Strategic plan that answers questions like "what tools do we need", "when should we upgrade", "are responsibilities and onboarding clear", etc.

Why : Tools, along with people and your product(s) are pillars of your organisation. This is why they need to be as efficiently managed as the other pillars. 

Follow-up : Having a clear plan for the upcoming years is a good start. You can audit your current setup to make sure it is inline with it, or start the next step of the plan.

We don't typically go to that step as it is a time based however we make sure that everything is ready of a consultant or integrator or even someone internally to take care of it. We offer a retainer fee to keep following-up during the and after implementation.

It comes to two elements : how involved and available you are during the mission and how much information we are gathering. Based on that, we are confident that we'll deliver great value at each stage.

Most consulting agencies that help with managing your digital transformation are targeting entreprises and their associated complexities. We are dedicated to small to medium size organisation that don't need months of analyses and that need flexibility without the premium.

We don't believe that analyses and planning should last months. Thanks to proven methodologies that have been adapted to smaller organisations we can ensure the structure of the mission.

Change management is based on ADKAR; Process analysis on Six sigma and BPMN; Business analyses on BABOK best practices; Project management on Agile 

Absolutely not, we can offer follow-up based on a retainer (a small fee for us to be available) or we can trigger another mission to coach a team member. All this is discussed beforehand, but can obviously be adapted.
