This Privacy Policy explains how DIGITAL OASIS SRL ("we," "us," or "the Consultant") collects, uses, and protects information during the Digital Oasis Audit and through the use of our digital platforms. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of both corporate and individual employee data.


2. Data We Collect

We collect data necessary to provide pragmatic tech stack recommendations, specifically:


  • Corporate Data: Business mission, strategy, budget, and lists of software tools.



  • Employee Profiles: Names, roles, and assigned tool responsibilities.



  • Performance & Sentiment Data: Employee "Digital Literacy" scores, tool satisfaction scores, and proficiency feedback gathered via surveys.


  • Operational Requests: Access requests, training needs, and notifications regarding tool usage.


3. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Identify "Shadow IT" and underutilized software.


  • Analyze the gap between team capability and tool complexity.


  • Provide concrete recommendations for cost reduction and automation.


  • Track training completion and competency scores for your team.


4. Data Retention & Access

  • Client Control: The "Intake Spreadsheet" and survey data are shared only with designated stakeholders identified during the kick-off meeting.


  • Retention: We retain audit data for the duration of the consulting engagement and for [e.g., 12 months] thereafter to support implementation, unless a deletion request is made.


  • No Third-Party Sales: We never sell your tech stack data or employee feedback to software vendors or third-party advertisers.


5. Security Measures

Data collected via the "Intake Spreadsheet" and Team Surveys is stored using secure, encrypted cloud services. 


6. Your Rights (GDPR & Privacy)

Under applicable data protection laws, you and your employees have the right to:

  • Access the data collected about them.

  • Request the rectification of inaccurate literacy or proficiency scores.

  • Request the deletion of personal data once the audit is concluded.
